I remember when reading Deuteronomy, he gives a new law to the Tribe of Levites. "You should not own or possess any of the lands in Israel.And he gives a reason to it which is so beautiful. "I have given me myself as your possession so you don't need any Land" - what else we would ever need as a gift. The God himself ?. In the new testament you know were kings and priests and so we have Jesus as our inheritance the God himself.
